Charles Musgrave

Chuck Musgrave is a real native of the Umpqua Valley. Born in Roseburg and raised in Myrtle Creek, he began his working life in the timber industry at an early age and worked hard to advance his education.
His medical career began in 1982 when he entered a paramedic training program. He had found his niche - helping people. From there, he attended Umpqua Community College's Nursing Program. As a Registered Nurse, Chuck lent his talents to local Emergency Departments but he aspired to more. While still working full-time, he attended North Dakota's Physician's Assistant Program and subsequently became certified through the National Commission for Certification of Physician's Assistants.
Mr. Musgrave's practice thrives in Evergreen Family Medicine's Urgent Care. It is clear that he is where he likes to be - for himself as well as his patients.
